About Us!

Growing up in Washington State, our father, Jim Sr., used to work summers on a commercial salmon boat in Alaska, and Jim Jr. started his career in Alaska. Salmon fishing was always a big part of life growing up, and we learned our dad’s unique home-smoking technique at an early age. 

Wanting to find a way to share the great flavor of this home-smoked salmon with friends and family, we began experimenting with salmon spread recipes. Eventually, we developed a spread that truly showed off the beautiful texture and amazing smoky taste of our fish. After many years of that spread being the hit of every party, we decided it was time to share it with the world!

Our Smoked Salmon Spread is still the go-to snack or appetizer for any Fay family get-together.
