We come from a four-generation family of lumberjacks with a long connection to Alaska. Salmon fishing has always been a big part of our lives, and we learned our dad’s unique home-smoking technique at an early age. We developed a spread that truly showcases our fish's beautiful texture and amazing smoky taste. After many years of that spread being the hit of every party, we decided it was time to share it with the world!

Every batch of Alaska’s Choice Smoked Salmon spread is still made with our father’s original home-smoked technique. A special mix of Hickory and Applewood is used in the smoker to bring out the best flavor of our sustainably sourced, wild-caught Alaskan salmon. We then add our unique mix of all-natural ingredients to create a spread that is second to none.
